Switchback Coffee Roasters, Hillside

We went here towards the end of the day. I understand why the coffee wasn't great. We didn't realize that they were closing so early that day. The milk and my cappuccino was cold. I didn't even end up drinking at all. I pass this place every single day but have not been back I would like to try it again. The staff could have been friendlier too. No tables are cleaned off or anything and they weren't very busy I still had about an hour before they closed. We were not impressed with this place at all. We'll definitely give it a second chance though.

Damn good cup of latte and great service. I only suggestion would be that the music is a little too loud as I've been here a couple times. Makes it difficult to work.

One of the few promising third wave coffee shops in the Springs I could find. The fact some of the local coffee shops won't make a drink that's not on their menu is rather irritating. A good barista should be able to make a customer request as long as you have beans and milk on hand! Still, the recommendation to their capuccino that leaned toward a flat white was quite enjoyable.

Love the atmosphere of this place, tucked away a bit and love all the beautiful plants. The coffee is the best and I love their breakfast sandwich. Staff are always friendly!

Switchback is in my neighborhood, and I appreciate being able to support local. Though I have been many times, this is the first review I've done for Switchback because I always forget to take pictures of their work. Today, I remembered! Over my visits, the baristas have worked with me to get my mocha perfect. The time they took to ask what I most enjoyed about a mocha and to create that specific experience for me is more than they had to do to get my business but definitely what I value from a company that wants to keep my business. If you're someone who has a hybrid or work-from-home employment situation, Switchback is also a great place to get some work done. I highly recommend Switchback. Great people, great service, great coffee!
