The restaurant offers excellent coffee with a variety of milk alternatives. There are both indoor and outdoor seating options, although the interiors can be a bit cool due to airflow. The ambiance at the front counter is cozy, but the seating area is a bit tight. Finding sockets or accessing Wi-Fi is not an issue, and there is ample parking available.

Fine is a lovely and bustling little café, with a fantastic coffee and a delicious selection of bright dishes. The space is cozy, but the staff is efficient in taking and fulfilling orders promptly. I follow their Instagram account, @actiw, to keep up with their current seasonal drinks and baked goods.

My drink and food were delicious! I was pleased to find that they had gluten-free options. However, I was disappointed with the welcome I received. I felt rushed to place my order, especially since I was the only person in line. In my past experiences at smaller establishments, the atmosphere has been more welcoming and friendly. If I wanted a cold and impersonal experience, I would go to McDonald's or Dunkin'. Perhaps the person serving me was having a bad morning? I will give it another try in the hopes of a more positive greeting.

Beautiful and very nice eating. the bad thing is that they say it closes at 5 o'clock, but they do not allow them to stay or warm up their food at 4 o'clock. they should close us to 4

Consistent, super friendly service with rotating special menu plenty of options for all cafe beverage drinkers! Great location too for a morning walk around the neighborhood
