Agave Roja - COROLLA

So delicious and wonderful service. we eat here every time we visit corolla.

I asked what they could make vegan, as I had heard they were good in it, and that was them! they offered several options and I got the vegan enchiladas w bohnen and rice. very good.

Many vegan options, and more if you want to go from the menu. the waitress told me the cooks are vegan so they make all food vegan for the kitchen. vegan options: chips and salsa (at the table immediately come) guacamole (delicious/tangy) rice/bean comes for the table, family style. I'm paranoid at this point, so I'll ask each time if they're still vegan. since this week they are. veggie enchilada with tempeh (sans cheese) chile rellenos with tempeh veggie fajitas when the waitress realized that we ordered everything vegan, she began to tell us a few additional options. from the menu we tried the veggie tempeh tacos who came with plastered tweepers. service is also quite friendly, but they get really full in the season. updated by the previous review on 2019-09-06

Not what I expected from outside. space is illuminated. the barkeepers were super sweet and recommended good drinks choices. that was great if you didn't come.

It always makes fun to find a Mexican restaurant on the outer banks. this is conveniently located in the shopping center food lion. it appears fundamentally on that.
