Fat Crabs Rib Co. Seafood Shack

Absolutely AWESOME! We designed our own steamer pot were well satisfied! It's difficult to find a place that serves straight-up AWESOME steamed seafood! I love the fact that this is not a fancy place that serves over-priced plates loaded withfillers! If you want to get your fill of seafood while at the beach, THIS IS THE PLACE TO OVERINDULGE! At the end of our FEAST,we still had a little more room, so we ordered a few crab cakes, which topped it all off perfectly! The staff was courteous,helpful on-point from service cooking to casual conversation. This is a place that has been around for a while, but theyserved us like we were there first customers! When we are back in the area, we will enjoy FATCRAB'S again!

?looks like fishes?? ??smells like fishes?? ??with Frank?s hot sauce and Tabasco? [they?re all correct. the spicy seafood gumbo was probably the spiciest (and tastiest) i?ve ever had. the Conch Fritters are really good and the mango habanero to diefor!! well worth the trip.

As someone who typically tips 20% across the board, and with the added requests from our group, this could have easily been a $300 order. But not anymore. We had to regroup and come up with a completely new dinner order. This is certainly not the way to treat hungry customers who are excited to spend money while on vacation. Oh well, we’ll gladly take our business elsewhere to a place that actually values it.

Fantastic food and excellent service! I enjoyed the oysters, shrimp cocktail, and lobster roll, all of which were delicious. I would highly recommend this place!

I had one of the best meals of my life at this restaurant! The Alaskan steam pot is a must-try for anyone craving crab legs in the Outer Banks. Wow, just take a look at it! It's amazing! We will definitely return the next time we’re in the area!
