Bidra med feedbackI visited the store today to pick up some groceries, and I was really disappointed with my experience. Daniela's attitude was quite rude, and I think she needs to work on her behavior and show more respect to all customers. If I could give her service zero stars, I definitely would. I believe she should undergo additional training before continuing in her role as a cashier.
The location is excellent, and there is a nice selection of options, but I wasn't very impressed by their house brands.
I inquired about customer service as I had a question, but the cashier informed me that no one was available to assist. When I posed my question, she admitted she didn't have the answer and suggested that no one else would either. Following that, she completely disregarded me, as if I were invisible. It's clear that there's a major shortfall in customer service, and the staff's demeanor is quite rude.
The store is clean and offers a fantastic selection of food. While the pharmacy and supplements section could be better, you can still find most items you need. Prices are slightly higher, but there are great sales available. I particularly appreciate the wide variety of local products and natural foods. I often shop here when I need a few items because the layout makes it easy to navigate and locate what I'm looking for.
The cashier at the self-checkout, Misty, was not friendly whatsoever. She seemed like the most unhappy person to be there. It's important to hire staff who are enthusiastic about customer service. I chose to go to a different checkout because her demeanor made me feel uncomfortable.
