I am at a loss for words to describe the stunning cake and exceptional service I received. The attention to detail in capturing exactly what I wanted, from the colors to the flavors, was incredible. Thank you for making my 50th birthday so special. Five stars simply isn't enough—this deserves ten!

I absolutely love Ericka Walter! What an incredible husband-and-wife team! They are incredibly hardworking and have provided top-notch customer service from the very beginning. Ericka always responds to my messages promptly, which I really appreciate. Mr. Walter shares his expertise whenever I suggest an idea for a cake, and it always turns out fantastic. I've been thrilled with every order I've placed with them. They have been extremely accommodating with all my needs, especially since my son is gluten-free—they even offer gluten-free cakes! That's a huge bonus! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I recommend them to everyone I know for their cake needs!

I was informed just three days before my wedding that the cake I ordered over six months ago would not be available. Instead, I received a very minimal cake that was completely covered in thick icing. I also purchased a floating cake stand designed to be concealed by icing and flowers, but my flowers ended up in just one spot, making the stand clearly visible. The cake was supposed to be displayed on a chandelier, but Erika refused to place it there, worrying that the cables would touch the cake. This led to a wasted chandelier, an unused cake stand, and a seven-foot cake hook.

Walter and Érika are the most amazing Chefs I have ever met, they are very professional, kind and their class is the most pleasant I have ever had!! The time flies with them!! It is also very noble of them in sharing knowledge they have studied so long to acquire!! I have no words to Thank them enough for what I have experienced yesterday!! Thank You both and I am looking forward to having my next class!!

The best cake ever-amazing! An excellent job, the cake tasted delicious. A beautiful looking cake. It made my guests enjoy something that they never tried before. I love the way you take pride in creating a visually appealing cake. Very professional and we were treated like family from day the first day we met. We will give you 100 stars from the heart.
