Bidra med feedbackI placed an order for Five Guys through an online service that stated the estimated delivery time would be 15-30 minutes. However, 48 minutes after placing the order, it was canceled. I could have understood if the order was canceled within the first 10-15 minutes, but the inconsistency in the timing was frustrating and unreliable.
Many of the tables where dirty and the floor had some food and spilled drinks at a couple tables.. they had staff to do a quick clean I think. The little cheese burger was expensive with ala cart fries and a drink at $15 for fast food is at the high end. The patty was super thin but the burger as a whole was good. Bun was good and with all the condiments thrown in the price I get the high price. The fries not crisp and should have been , I'm standing there waiting. Good tasting fry. But limp. So overall good meal but not great.
My husband and I went in for a burger and fries, they have the best Cajun fries. We were really impressed with the employees. They were so nice and hard working the place was really clean. We definitely will be going back again.?
We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The burgers were always cold and the cheese wouldn't melt. We were charged extra for bacon, only to be told afterwards that there was no bacon at all. I also noticed that the person handling the food wore gloves that were touching dirty money. I wish I could share the video I took, there were so many issues with our meal.
I went to the five youngs on federal highway I wait online for 15 minutes, while my order is ready for pickup and when I picked up my order was the wrong order and I asked to talk to the manager, I had to wait another 15-20 minutes to talk to the manager, why the manager works directly from me and he didn't know me and when he saw my order, they were like I could not help, that I could not help
