Bidra med feedbackI had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The cashier was rude and didn't want to give me my change. I used the car pickup service today, Monday, June 26th, around 12:04 PM.
If only the food at Pollo Tropical weren't so good, I would never return to this restaurant. The service was terrible; the man at the drive-thru yelled at me just because I said I couldn't hear him. The cashier was also rude when she took my payment. Their lack of manners made for a very unpleasant experience.
I ordered a steak chimichurri platter, but I ended up with a burnt chicken platter instead. They always seem distracted and often make mistakes with orders. The worst part is that I keep forgetting not to come back to this place, probably because I'm starving after work. Additionally, I almost forgot to mention that the guy outside taking orders was wearing saggy pants, which were showing his underwear. It was really disturbing and uncomfortable to see. Overall, the customer service is quite poor!
The food is good but the service is terrible. Every time I go there they are rude and they get my order wrong.
Why is customer service so bad? Why are the employees and mangers upset about extra cilantro garlic sauce, that I stated several times I will pay for? Selene was so disgruntled by the fact that I wanted extra cilantro garlic, she bypassed me saying that I will pay whatever I need to pay while ordering through the drive-through. Unprofessional. over stuff that I said that I will pay for.and the big black lady or manger charging me for a 16oz and made rude comments because I agreed to pay with no issue. I am only writing this review because the rudeness from the employees was unprovoked. I was clear and concise from the jump of what I wanted and that I would be willing to pay whatever. so what made the employees so upset and unprofessional about me wanting extra cilantro sauce? Even after me paying five additional dollars for 16 ounce catered size cilantro, garlic sauce Selena was still impolite, unprofessional and displayed a nasty attitude, and even after me saying that I would pay extra , the manager still decided to make nasty comments unprovoked. Please train your employees and managers on how to treat their customers. Cilantro garlic sauce does not come before customer service, and should not dictate how customer service is given.
