Bidra med feedbackThis is the worst Subway in the area. The service is terrible. The owner charges $1 for mozzarella cheese, and I confirmed with customer service that any type of cheese should be included in the price. I requested extra spinach and received just two leaves. The owner also refused to provide extra napkins to other customers in front of me. Everything feels very stingy here. It’s no surprise that the reviews are so negative.
This is the worst Subway in the area. I felt like I didn't get anything at all. When I asked for more onions after receiving just three pieces, the employee gave me an incredibly dirty look. Do yourself a favor and take a 2-minute drive in either direction on Shady Grove to find a better place.
I would advise against visiting this location. The staff member known as "The Big Lady" is quite bothersome and discourteous. She often complains and mocks customers, especially when they leave the establishment.
Subway restaurants all try to be the same some people seem to want to short you toppings and now they started charging extra for toppings which is completely changed the whole Subway chain reason for existing. As for this Subway find Kenny's Sub Shop up the pike or over on University Boulevard or somewhere near the IHOP in the plaza in Gaithersburg and you will probably be happier with your sub and you can order Chinese food while you're there because they have great food especially Rockville in a new location unfortunately for me because now they don't deliver to my home anymore. But back to Subway you noticed it wasn't a whole lot to say accept it now they charge for extra toppings whatever that means since I walked out when they told me that. Even McDonald's rates with the new Subway okay maybe Burger King or Rally's or even Checker's if you catch my drift but not Sonic, Sonic's overpriced for everything except they're advertised milkshakes.
When I entered the store to place my order, I specifically requested three types of meat for my pizza: beef, chicken, and bacon. I was aware that there would be an extra charge for each type, and I was absolutely fine with that. However, while communicating with one of the employees, who happened to be Mexican, I encountered a surprising level of rudeness. She repeatedly asked me four times what kinds of meat I wanted, each time with a tone that made it seem like she was questioning my choices. Even after I confirmed my selections, she rolled her eyes at me. When it was time to pay, she relayed my meat choices to another cashier with a look that made me feel like an oddity, as if I were some sort of strange person. This was not only disheartening but also quite offensive, leading to a significant blow to my self-esteem. In today’s society, obesity has become a pressing concern in America, with statistics showing that over 40% of American adults are classified as obese. This issue is not just about health; it's a social issue too. Many individuals who are obese encounter various forms of discrimination in their daily lives that can negatively affect their self-esteem. As a prominent player in the service industry, Subway should recognize that any form of disrespect or discrimination can have profound effects on its customers. Given this context, I believe it's crucial for Subway to place more emphasis on the service attitudes and professionalism of its staff. I expect Subway to provide high-quality service, rather than expose customers to unfriendly treatment during their dining experience. I hope your company takes this matter seriously and works on enhancing employee training to ensure that every customer receives the respect and excellent service they deserve.
