Pizza Hut - Destrehan

So, I called back the Destrehan Pizza Place to re-order, and the manager was incredibly kind and understanding about the whole mix-up. Thank you! You’re the best!

My orders are consistently late! The restaurant is only about 0.2 miles away, yet my food has never been delivered hot—not once! You’d think it would be easy to get pizza for lunch, but it always arrives cold, soggy, and late. This was definitely my last try!

I called the restaurant to place a carry-out order, and the call center estimated that my order would be ready in 20-25 minutes. However, it's now been 1 hour and 15 minutes, and I'm still waiting. It seems that everyone else at the location is experiencing the same delay. If the restaurant is outsourcing their call orders, there should be a system in place for the call center to be informed about any delays at the store. Unfortunately, the manager was not helpful at all.

Would you eat this? First, I ordered delivery and it took over an hour and 15 min to be delivered. Then when it arrives it?s burnt. I tried to call and report it but no one answered. I went in.no immediate apology no remedy. I asked for my money back and that?s when I was told they could remake it. I asked the manager would she eat it and how could you allow this to leave your store. Well I had to wait even longer for a remake of the pizza. They really need training in this place. And it wasn?t short staffed, there were 2 managers and 5 associates. Just ridiculous!

Would love to give 0 stars if I could. I only tried to order from here because it?s the only pizza place that delivers currently. I placed my order online and it told me it would be delivered in 3 hours. I have called at least 10 times to try and cancel and it just rings and rings until it tells me to leave a message. Even the call center I?ve been routed to doesn?t answer after waiting on hold for 30 minutes. I just want to cancel my order.
