Bidra med feedbackIt was a crazy night for the driver, manager and me. I don't go into details about what happened because of the negative Nancy's here and won't be on the positive in this. The guilt was on both sides, my phone was grounded and when I called after the restart, the manager was super nice and understanding and long story short, she had made the food new and sent me and my kids double the food together with an additional leak and was just out of the oven. While we were all annoyed by hunger, Kaya's amazing customer service is worth it in the end. I came and made a Google account just to review this. Whoever reads that, be kind and perhaps you will be rewarded for it, and that goes for everything in life. It's not that hard. Don't be rude and immature about the situation. You don't know what this other person is going through. Kaya, thank you for your professionalism and so a great manager for your employees. Hopefully I will see you sooner or later personally to thank you, because people like you and I are rarely more to find. God bless you and I pray that your lead will see this. Immediately to Gage the vans, today went through hell and I felt bad and made it worth his time. Both were so great and I hope that the situation understands what they have as suppliers and managers. Stay blooming and do not stop. You're the real one.
I see many bad reviews here about delivery and in the house. I can't talk for the delivery, but I took this pizza hat and the food was above the standard. It definitely didn't seem dirty or unclean to me when I arrived, there was actually an employee cleaning in the back. Our pizzas, wings and biscuits were all taken up, hot and absolutely delicious. They even added extra Bleu cheese for me. The woman on the front was very friendly and hospitable. I would certainly recommend this pizza hat.
Definitely much better than 6 months ago. 6 months ago I would not have recommended; but there has been a huge turn ever since. It shows in customer service, product and taste.
I tried to order pizza through the app as usual, but had trouble signing in. Eventually, I decided to go to the restaurant and place my order in person. After resetting my password, I was able to access the app and place my order. While waiting for my food with my daughter at the table, I witnessed a troubling incident. One of the employees at the register grabbed a bag of pretzels, ate them, licked her fingers, wiped her hands on her jeans, and started folding boxes without washing her hands. When the cook from the back also started eating the pretzels, I inquired about washing hands. The employees became defensive and sarcastic, prompting me to leave the restaurant. As I was leaving, one employee attempted to sideswipe my vehicle and speed in front of me. I was shocked and left feeling disturbed by the lack of hygiene practices and unprofessional behavior at the establishment.
This pizza was terrible! It is not the same as the Pizza Hut pizza I remember from other locations. It had hardly any sauce or cheese and tasted like cardboard. It was very dry and even animals wouldn't eat it! I have never ordered from this specific location before, so I assume it's the same recipe used by all Pizza Hut restaurants. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. The pizza was delivered quickly, but I felt like I wasted $30. I am very disappointed.
