The ice cream is delicious and the gift items were so cute!
This is a cute little ice cream shop next to the Fenelon Place elevators. There isn't much room to sit inside but there is some outdoor seating. The ice cream is quite delicious and there is good variety of flavors.
We tried to get in at 4:30 pm today but it was locked! So sad... we love this walk when in DBQ!
We visit this ice cream shop every time we go through Debuque IA. Very delicious and friendly staff. We took a carriage ride after also.
