Genoa Pizza - East Troy

Order a large stuffed pizza. They say 30 min. Show up after 30 min, they say it'll be 5 min, have a seat and we'll bring it out. 10 min later they call you to the counter to pick up order. Should just say 40 min from the get go. Staff seems incapable of speaking true words.

Awesome thin crust pizza. Not sure about the other stuff.

Worst customer service. Ordered pizza and cheese bread. Called to see where our pizza was didn’t even have the courtesy to call and let us know they screwed up our order. During that same call we asked to make sure they put our cheese bread in oven and we will get that as well they told us yes but when delivery finally showed up over and hour and half later there was no cheese bread… this place was a always great to me until we got treated so poorly by employees. Will no longer be taking my business here and wouldn’t waste your time.

Always a good experience here. We only do take out. I don't even think there are any tables there. In any case, this is our go-to for pizza. Always great!
