No greeting as I got to the drive thru to pick up my online order. I asked the girl who was distracted laughing with her coworkers and checking her phone before opening the window. Lady, I just wanted my food and move on with my life. I work just like yall do, in retail and fast food. I don't get yall mentality when you have customers who do online orders so that they can have minimal interaction with you and move on. The way I like it. Like, get your food and get out of my face. Lol. I don't understand why employees don't appreciate the non problematic customers. I sure appreciate them. Anyway. Customer service today was trash because of that. I had to sit and check because she wouldn't verify. Only for her to have to get it made anyway. I had to wait so I knew this order was never even prepared.Burger 0/10 the burger was so cold. ??? why would yall do this?Fries 10/10 because they were super hot and they're checkers Fries. You can't mess that up. Unless they're cold.But cheers to the driest burger ever served to man in Queens Chapel. Dry burger city! Come here to get laughed at and have your food laughed on too. Until it dries itself out. (Made the order from the parking lot, there's no reason it was served like that unless they had it sitting on the heater waaaay past the limit it should've come off. It was extremely slow when I came up.

This was my second time here and the girl at the window speaks bare minimum English. I stood there for twenty minutes while she had to call her manager over the phone to help put my order in. To top things off they still messed my order up which I discovered upon getting home. Horrible checkers please go somewhere
