China Buffet - Effingham

Very good choice. Hot fresh delicious food. I'm always suspicious at places you pay, but the food is good here. I would have got 5 stars, but NO SUSHI!!

I accidentally spilled a soda on the ground when I informed the help (a younger Asian girl). I was answered with a huff as if it was a burden to clean up. I would have cleaned it myself, but how the hell should I know where to find the mop. The food was good and hot. The owner was nice. The host, Busboy... was very polite and cleaned table regularly.

Fresh food, friendly staff, but have indications that they charge $4.99/ pounds of consumed food. I don't know if they do or not, but pay $50 for a family of 4 is expensive enough without worrying about how much extra we are charged.

Typical buffet always go during peak hours. But saying that I missed lunch but very pleased with the food. It was hot and fresh I would eat here again for sure

Voted worlds worst Chinese in the WORLD! I wouldn't feed that slop to the dogs. I give it 1/2 a star just because me and my daughter both are for $12.
