I recently tried their takeout and was thoroughly impressed. The food deserves a perfect score of 5; it was delicious! The service was equally wonderful, earning another 5. The overall atmosphere, even for takeout, was inviting and pleasant, so I give it a 5 as well. I highly recommend the Classic Chicken Sandwich — it's a must-try!

I have been to Kikchak more than once, but this time my expectations were around 45 to 50 minutes for four dishes. Is that considered normal? To make matters worse, they got three dishes wrong, and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. That's simply not acceptable. I'm giving it one star, and the food itself was not tasty either.

The shawarma is very good, the staff is friendly, and the wait time is 12 minutes. There aren't many people during the day, and the place is clean and cozy.
