Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Disgusting service. Horrible workers, very impolite and non responsive. Horrible experience will tell everyone I know to never go here. Food was disgusting, service nasty. Everything was wrong. Missing everything, never go here. Everything spilled and overfilled on purpose. Disgusting.

This Freddy's was a lot smaller than most I have been to. They don't put any of the condiments out or have any dispensers. The food and shakes were great and so was the people working there .

Brand new store with a full menu that does not actually serve everything on the menu.Don’t go to this particular Freddy’s. The manager offers nothing but condescending remarks instead of offering an option. Paid for my meal to learn that they no longer serve it due to manufacturer. Why am I still able to order?? Wow. Terrible customer service.

The only thing that happened was my burger was made wrong but they were on it to fix it. Everything was so delicious! Never a let down!

It’s honestly impressive how often this location manages to mess up orders. Usually forgetting half the things we paid for. Food is mediocre. If this place wasn’t so close to my house I would never ever go here again. I miss the Arbys that used to be there.
