Bigbar - Erie

I ordered the “Hybrid,” which features the spicy dark crust from the triple B burger combined with the cowboy burger, pulled pork, cheddar cheese, and onion rings. The sweet flavor from the onion rings was a delightful touch (as a fan of onion rings, I can't resist mentioning how much I love them!). The presentation was great, and the burgers were cooked to perfection—mine was a perfect medium. The fries were hot and fresh, and the cold dill pickle spear was wonderfully crisp. Overall, it was a lovely dining experience!

It was quite a different experience than what I expected based on the website and other reviews. There were only two wine options, both sweet, and no mixed drinks—just beer. There was no live music, even though it was advertised for that night, which was a Wednesday. The service was very slow, which was disappointing. The food portions were decent, and some people enjoyed the cheesesteak sandwich, while I had delicious wings as an appetizer. I had assumed that the big salads would be made with iceberg lettuce. I ordered the grilled chicken, but I should have left the rest. The onion rings were perfect—crispy and hot—but a bit too overcooked for my companion's taste. Overall, it wasn't great.

I'm from ny and I know pizza! I have tried them all in erie and csn say that there is a new king of pizza downtown and that is bigbar. both the ny xl and the chicago deep dish are the best in erie!

What a blast. Good music, perfect to go dancing! Some friends got charged double for their entire bills so check your bank statement! They decided not to say anything because it was like $19, but still!
