Camilla Va Al Parco - FERRARA

Camilla Va To the Park should, given the location and being the only kiosk-restaurant within the Bassani Park, be one of those places where you go willingly, mementos of the quality of service and the environment. Unfortunately, there is a lot, a lot, a long way to go.

We assume that none of us four friends live more in Ferrara, so we did not know that on Friday 27th July there was the possibility to book. We arrive at 21:00 and we are told that they would not have served burgers “in takeaway” to give precedence to who was sitting and with reservation. We absolutely agree with a couple of spritz waiting. Let us spend forty minutes, seeing that the service proceeds, we try again at the checkout. The owner repeats that he did not have the free way from the kitchen to start the takeaway service. “The takeaway kitchen” this evening were DUE burgers, one of Chianina and one of soy. Period. Great, we with patience and education stayed with another couple of spritzes and two pouch chips, kindly offered given the disservice. After an hour and a half then 22:20 hours, hungry and spaced, we try again for the last time to line up crazy row because people in the meantime had started with the cocktails JUST VIEW THE NOW and we are repeated that the service for the takeover has not yet started. Alternatively NIENTE: not a packaged sandwich, not something else. We then welcome to our table, FREE AND NOT APPARECCHIED, and order 4 pizzas. On the arrival of the pizzas a table is freed, which is not or does not seem to be booked, and we start to eat: the other tables had been occupied in the same way by other patrons, perhaps without pizza, but without even cocktails taken previously. Halfway through pizza, a rude and rude girl tells us, I quote, with this little bit of a restaurant. We couldn't be there. We got up, however, noting that we wanted to take advantage of the restaurant service but that was not possible and that after an exhausting wait we organized differently. Ours may have been unhealthy behavior, we can also have trespassed in rudeness but we were paying customers who did not receive a suitable service, in the middle of a park where there is no other possibility to eat than that. The rudeness and rudeness of saying VIA SCIÒ does not even reserve to dogs. Learn to work, that the world is not your little Ferrara.

High music and doubtful taste. Bad. Costly for the quality offered. Certainly in the city there is really better.
