Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Fountain

I'm not sure if there is new management at this Popeyes location, but it was the best experience I've ever had! They have a new menu that looks much better than most restaurants. The staff were very polite. My chicken sandwich was incredibly thick and juicy. They even added real cheese to the Mac and cheese, which was a nice touch. I was pleasantly surprised. The service was fast, with my order ready in less than 6 minutes. Everything tasted fresh, and you could tell they take care of their ice machines and pourers. Thank you!

I believe that Popeye's serves the best red beans and rice I have ever had in a restaurant or fast food establishment, coming in a close second to homemade. The chicken pieces were a bit smaller compared to when I worked at Jim Dandy Fried Chicken, which I consider better than KFC, but not as good as Popeye's. I particularly enjoy the spicy flavor. Additionally, they offer tasty popcorn shrimp and Cajun fries. My only wish is that they had a wider variety of dessert options available.

The service was quick, taking less than 6 minutes from ordering to receiving my food, compared to a previous wait of 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich. The drinks tasted fresh, indicating that they regularly clean the ice machines and pourers. Thank you for a great experience!

On 6/25, I noticed that one of the two doors at the restaurant was locked. When I brought this up to the staff, they explained that they were short on help. Does that even make sense? I can't help but wonder if the owner is aware of how poorly his employees are running the business. To add insult to injury, I saw one of the cashiers spending more time on the phone than attending to customers. It's like they don't care at all. Happy for them to have such a great business, huh?

*terrible service: manager please read from these popeyes on 23 juni 2022 at 20:15 clock with a friend of mine stopped. the girl who took our order lacked good customer service skills. I asked if she had a limonade, she said yes, then I am taking up and giving me two coks when the drinks we order were limonade and dr. pepper. when I received the rest of the order, we were missing pieces of it, potatoes, dipping sauce and a biscuit). my friend went to the lobby to fix the problem and was greeted by a male hired with goggles and face hair, he told my friend who was closed lobby, my friend said he understood, but our order was massacred. the hired the redeemed to tell my friend that he goes back with a lot of adjustment through the drive. too, the lobby had overflowed and tables covered in crumbs) we go back through the drive through and the female hired was very rude when we said our order was grounded. we moved into the window as we directed and explained our asking. the female employee caught a big job and talked badly about us while the younger man tried to understand and fix the problems. all about bad service would not recommend.
