Chicken Town - Freetown

Bad customer service. Terrible. I came in with my wife and nobody came to our table about 15 minutes. Actually, I called a server to visit us. French fries were cold. I'm here regularly, but not anymore, as I take my business elsewhere. I wasn't even offered what my wife wanted to drink. I love eating my frites with several ketchup, but was not offered and I ended them on my table.

Chicken Town has just increased the price. But the bad thing they put 2 Leones for extra sauce and ketchup. Funny

I used to love Chicken Town; it was one of my favorite places to eat. However, I've noticed that the food quality has declined significantly, and now they serve really disappointing meals.

Although their food is beautiful (depending on order), their delivery is terrible. My friend and I ordered to deliver food to our school (mind u our school is literally 5 minutes away) and they came 2 hours late and the food was cold. The worst thing was that we ordered Fritten and even if we had a microwave, I would still be terrible and dry. And it's not the first time it happened. On so many occasions I ordered and delivered them lately or missed the address. Just recently her driver went all the way to St Mary's supermarket (he had to go our school to get there) and it was so confusing because he knows where our school is because we ordered it. The worst is when you call to ask what's going on, and the person who takes up leaves you alone or is rude. Overall, I personally don't feel like eating is even good enough to go through all the stress.

Chicken Town is one of the top spots in Freetown for a quick and tasty meal. They provide excellent service in a calm and welcoming atmosphere. You have plenty of dining options: you can enjoy your food in their cozy spaces, take it to go, or even have it delivered to your home or office for your convenience.
