Salang Pass - Fremont

This is one of the best restaurants in Fremont. I tried both the chicken kabob and the lamb kabob, but my absolute favorite is the Quabili Pallow, which features a lamb shank served with basmati brown rice adorned with strips of carrots. I've dined here around 20 times over the past two years, and the portions are always generous and the quality consistently high. The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I often bring a bottle of wine to enjoy with my meal, as they don’t serve alcoholic beverages. Overall, this restaurant far surpasses Shalimar.
