Starbucks - Friendswood

If I could rate this Starbucks 10 stars, I absolutely would! I couldn't make coffee this morning, so I decided to stop by and grab some before work. There were three cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, and I was worried it would make me late. However, from the moment I pulled into the parking lot to the moment I drove away with my coffee, it only took 4 minutes! I am truly impressed with this location—the customer service was fantastic, and the service was incredibly fast. I will definitely be coming back often!

This Starbucks is ok, it always seems like the floor is really dirty. They should have someone mopping the place. It?s sad when the McDonalds across the street is cleaner.

They are constantly out of items including peppermint. I mean it?s Christmas time, you have 11 months to get this right. The lady taking orders and at the window wasn?t very kind. They had the wrong order pulled up. Summer Moon is far superior.

My order took an extra 20 minutes to prepare, and by the time it arrived, my drink was diluted and the ice had melted. To make matters worse, I didn't even receive the extras I paid for! The "crispy" grilled cheese sandwich was cold and stale. Overall, it was the worst experience I've had here!

The baristas were fantastic today! Especially at the drive-thru, where I received a warm greeting at the menu. When I realized I had made a mistake with my order at the window, the barista was more than willing to help me fix it! Overall, it was a great experience! I didn't get to redeem my birthday drink yesterday, but I decided to treat myself to a drink today, even if I had to pay for it. I truly appreciated being treated as if it were still my birthday!
