I purchased a bottle of wine from this place, and unfortunately, it had a terrible, spoiled taste. I also noticed large particles in the wine that weren't present in the previous bottles I had tried. When I returned it to the store, they informed me that this was how the wine was supposed to be and that there was nothing they could do about it. The customer service was disappointing. I drove all the way back only to be told they couldn't assist me. This could have easily been communicated over the phone when I called ahead.
