Manhattan Pizza Pasta - Gaithersburg

I work at a school and we ordered from them a lot. The past couple times our food as been ice cold when we get it. It takes over an hour to get it. When I called to complain the man I talked to on the phone was not sorry at all. He just said I can give you $5 towards your next order. If you want hot food or even warm food DO NOT order from them. Worst customer service and obviously doesn't care about their customers.

There a number of places in the area going by this name, but they are not part of a chain. We found the pizza to be above average and they had a nice selection of other foods, which is saying something these days when there seems to be a pizza place on every block. The people there were really nice an helpful.

We just moved to area from NJ/NYC (feel free to check up on my post history prior to 6/2022) and the name of this joint does do it justice. It?s as good as any other true NY pizza place! Not sure what the bad reviews are for? the pizza was ready within 10 minutes of ordering and was nice and warm! People are probably ordering off of Slice (which is an independent app that provides a computer-predicted wait time) and drive home 20+ minutes and then complain about cold pizza.

I?ve been a customer of Manhattan Pizza for several years and the food has always been great. The customer service is average as sometimes they are not very nice on the phone but I have allergies to certain ingredients and I can eat certain menu items from them. Today, I ordered my usual pizza and I had a reaction. I called to report it and they did not take accountability for my allergic reaction. This was very disappointing as it might not have been with the food itself but

The food here is so delicious. My favorite is the Salmon Kabob. I have also tried the Steak and Cheese sub, Grilled Shrimp over Caesar salad, grilled chicken wrap, pizza, and it was all so delicious. Everyone that works here welcomes you with and smile and when dinning in the presentation of the food is done well.
