Chipotle Mexican Grill - Germantown

The guacamole was old and brown, definitely not fresh. One of the bowls had very little food in it, and the bag was soaked at the bottom. There were no utensils provided. Overall, it was the worst Chipotle experience we've ever had.

I ordered the carne asada salad, but it had barely any greens and just five small pieces of steak. Given the price for delivery, I was quite disappointed. Normally, Chipotle is great, but this time it fell short.

The quesadillas were fantastic! It was my first time trying them, and I really enjoyed the two side options available. My son devoured his entire kids' grill meal in one go! He particularly loved the soft taco, pintos, and brown rice.

I ordered carnes asada, I got steak... which is totally fine but the steak was hard as a rock and had to throw away the food. Generally you guys do well, but this order was really bad. Sorry.

This chipotle is the absolute worst or the most incredible chipotle ever. We live nearby and order from here frequently. There are essentially two different food processors in operation. A person (or group of employees) puts exactly ZERO salt or spices in one of the foods and puts only pieces of grease in the Burritos/Bowls/etc. They also tend to forget everything except lime in rice. It's really terrible when the staff works. Then on other days the food is so good. The salt and spice level is perfection. The meat is perfectly prepared and cut. Everything tastes so good. We always go back, of course, because of the comfort, but also in the hope that we get the good staff. Seriously. A few days, it's a star establishment. On other days his 10 out of 5 stars. What's happening?
