The people are always nice!! Occasionally, I do get the wrong order. I ended up coming with my sister and friend to get some food. We asked for donuts and the worker who was ringing us up was rude the whole time, than she gave us the wrong donut and when we asked her if the donut she gave us was boston cream she proceeded to put it in the bag when i did NOT order a boston cream donut.
