I made an order 6:44 Pm on line and they have this page where you can track your order it was 8:48 pm and this tracking was on the second stage where it?s letting you know it was on the oven is now been 2 Hrs from my order. When I decided to give them a call the woman who answer asked for my name. After I gave this lady my name the lady told me that my order was not yet ready. I then told the lady that I made that order 2 Hrs ago. Then she just told me if I wanted to cancel. I would have but my wife has been in the hospital for three days now and I can feed my three kids after a 12 Hrs shift. I told this lady that I didn?t not wanted to cancel. Then she just told me to Waite for it. I then decided to drive to the establishment. When I get there there was a man there waiting for he?s order when this heavy side woman told him that he?s order had been canceled he walks out and at no time any of those females in that establishment apologize for not having peoples order done or even started on. After that man left the woman with those fake eyelashes mumble oh well. Then I just stood there waiting on this lady with the fake eyelashes to acknowledge my presence and help me. No I was just a person there waiting on my order. Unit this guy come out from the back and asked the lady worker with the fake eyelashes if she can please help me. Well she said nothing. And kept cleaning. Seems like this fake eyelashes lady had some kind of inability to work with customers. Canceling order left and right that?s money this establishment I guess doesn?t need. The Owen must have no need for money. Bad employees that are just letting customers walk out.

Worst location! I suggest drive those couple more minutes and drive up to the Litchfield location. Some girl working on June 27, 2022 at 8:15pm was very much unprofessional. Apart from the restaurant being very low staffed with only 2 people working and about 10 people waiting in the lobby and no one up front to attend the customers. I placed an order through the phone and waited 40 minutes in the lobby till I finally got a workers attention and asked where was my ONE PIZZA and she mentioned she forgot to place it. Later on.. called and asked for her name and she mentioned she couldn?t disclose that information and there was no manager on duty. SINCE WHEN?! can?t they mention their name?! This place really needs to management because the people being hired are not getting the job done. I was one out of 3 who walked out in the span of 40 minutes. Wont be going back, definitely not.

I ordered a medium deluxe pizza online for 8:45 pm pick up. Got home and opened up the pizza box it was not sliced into pizza slices and for a deluxe pizza it had very little tomato sauce or any other ingredients on it. Poor pizza made for the price and time sent getting it.
