Stayed here as a stopover for a night while cycling the King Alfred’s Way lovely pub, really nice food and rooms were exceptional. A good place to stop if you’re doing the route as there is secure bike storage.

Lovely old traditional pub with lounge and bar areas. Ales are well kept in a lovely atmosphere.

This is a charming old pub with low ceilings, good beers, tasty food and a bar billiards table which the landlord was more than happy to show us how to play. We had a brilliant evening. Thank you!
