The Garlic Knot - Grand Junction

This little bowling alley, pizza place is actually quite good. It's so far from the main stream that it's never busy! Nevertheless, you can't go there for lunch as it takes 20-30 minutes to get your food. The waiting staff is young and often immature. Once you get the food, it is delicious with a good crust and good sauce. I always get a Calzon and it never disappointed!

It was okay. We got 2 personal pizzas, 2 side salads, and a stromboli, and it was $50. Very expensive for cheap food that was okay. The credit card machine was down and we stood around waiting for over 20 minutes and had to end up paying with cash. I wish I could get a refund because I feel like it wasn't even worth the $50 and I could have gotten 3 pizzas from some where else for $30.

Pizza took 2 hours to come out. No adult staff. Had a new cook and a first day waitress with no idea what she was doing.(poor girl did extremely well for not having any idea what to do) pizza was over cooked and garlic knots were chewy. Management should have a better idea of what is going on in there restuarant. They did comp us our meal due to the delay and inexperience.

Went to eat at 1 PM on Saturday. They open at 12 PM. No one was there to greet, chairs were up and no one showed up. Called the number and an unknown male answered and said they should be open but he wasn't there. Service received a one star, can't rate food.

Very poor customer service, waiting to get our order placed and then they walked off to the back without saying anything. We ordered a medium pizza, mind you there was no one in line at all, place looked dead still took 40mins to get the pizza and they forgot the garlic knots. I told them what we were missing and 5mins later they asked me what I was up there for again. Finally got them after waiting another 10mins, place is a joke ran by a bunch of kids. Would not recommend ever. Could of gotten the same pizza at any school cafeteria
