The view is perfect, the food is ok, the restaurant is petty. Really sorry prevoiusly I had a much better opinion over all.

Unreal food and wonderful service. This is on our top 5 meals in two weeks of traveling in Italy. Off the beaten path but worth the trip!

My family and I read the reviews on Trip Advisor prior to our recent trip to Panzano so we booked a dinner there with my Italian cousin and his wife. Renata e-mailed with me and reserved a pretty table for us. The food was delicious and for my Roman cousin and his wife to rave about the food is a real compliment! Our favorite pasta was the picci with pomodoro. I can still taste it. Just a hint of heat to make this dish memorable. As another reviewer noted, the zucchini was the best he has ever had. Yes! Appetizers were delicious, the wine was lovely and Renata and her family really made us feel at home. We went back for a second night and I tried the chicken which had been slow roasted for 12 hours. Amazing. If I could have eaten two entrees I would have ordered the picci with pomodoro again! The food is thoughtfully prepared in an authentic, Tuscan style. The vibe at the restaurant is casual elegance. The view of the vineyards with a setting sun cannot be beat. It was a treat to dine al fresco under the setting sun and the stars that emerged by the time we left. My family agrees that the #1 rating on Trip Advisor is deserved. We wish Renata and her family continued success and we cannot wait to return to Panzano and Il Vescovino!

İl vescovino is a small family business restaurant. terrace offers you a very beautiful view. all meals are very delicious. Vine menu is very good, gives them many alternatives. Dessert/sweet they must taste. we prefer this restaurant for lunch because of the good outlook for daylight time. I was there twice, and to the first chance that I have, I will come back.

A good choice! the dishes offered are typical and well prepared, the terrace is very pleasant. the price is good.
