Uncle Bo's Haleiwa

I was eating here yesterday and waiting to catch the sunset at North Shore and WOW! Everything was great from service to food. My server (lost her name, but she wore black Halloween socks) was amazing. I ordered the herbal spring rolls and the pad kee mao. I asked if the noodles contain every fish sauce and they immediately picked up that I am vegan. She assured me that she would make sure that no fish or oyster sauce is used in my food. When the food came, I was blown away. Both the spring rolls and the noodle dish were full of taste and the server even brought her spice recommendations for me as I like extra spicy dishes. Next time I'm in the North Shore area. 5 stars safe!

I hunted Thai curry today and soooo glad I found this place! I ordered yellow chicken curry (picture) with white rice and a Thai iced tea. I've been living in North Shore for over a year and never knew about this place. The curry share was very generous. The taste of food and Thai tea tells me that they are one of the best in Hawaii. I definitely come back for more! #davidmobileguy

The staff was amazing, and so was the food! The parts were huge. When we arrived, they told us they didn't serve alcohol, but they showed us a place just a few doors down where we could go and buy what we wanted to get back to the restaurant. A great experience I highly recommend.

Food was excellent! We are here for 3 months and was recommended by my son who lives here. We had the spring rolls, pad with chicken and the eggplant dish. All were very tasty and the price was great. In any case, it'll be back. Very recommended. Service was also great!

Very good food and good costumer service. I would definitely go again and recommend not to miss this place when you're in Haleiwa, North Shore.
