I enjoy Panda express however the franchise owner has let this facility go. Constantly understaffed. Continues to take online orders that impact service for customers. Last week, came in and was ignored for 25 min. No hello. No we will be right with you. Worker returned from their break and they started helping but still had 2.5 employees on online orders and 0.5 working the lobby.Tonight came for panda express. Had a sign saying lobby is closed please use drive through. Fine I'll go through drive through. Waiting 25 min no big deal. They open up lobby and process 3 orders while I am waiting to place my order through the drive through.Owners need to show up and put in full days or cut the online orders
Waited 45 mins in line for them not to have the main menu items. Left didn't waste anymore time or money!!
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to study one of the laziest workforces in America. Been 6 times, left twice after waiting 20 mins. Walked in today and watched a women wait 8 minutes to pay after her food order was complete. There was 7 people in line in front of me, walked out after 22 mins. Most times I go in they don’t have some menu basics like fried rice available unless you wait longer. If the workforce was actually working and it took this long I would understand, but they don’t care. I watched one guy spend 2 minutes walking around opening the flap on a small take out box. If I owned this place I would fire the staff and hire half the size crew of people who know what work is, then pay them double and you would still be able to serve your clients faster.
Very dissatisfied. I order a plate, chow with double teriyaki chicken. I ask for extra sauce. Pull up to the drive-through. The young woman looks like she's struggling. When she gives me my change, she hands it in a way where the coins just fall to the ground, and I get an unsympathetic apology. What really bothers me was that her mouth was doing a rapid motion like someone on amphetamines would do. In my opinion, she was high on some tweak....Did I get my extra sauce...nope. Instead, I got grilled chicken with practically no teriyaki sauce. Very upsetting. Pay attention to who you are hiring. Pay attention to your employees and make sure they aren't high on something.
