Thien- An Pho (house Of Noodle)

Maybe it was a bad day but it was a disappointing lunch. Pretty sure they used spaghetti instead of rice noodles in the soup. They were thick and soggy. The broth in the beef-pork lemongrass pho was pretty flavorless. The shrimp spring rolls were mostly lettuce and the dipping sauce was really warm. I've had good meals there before but not sure I'll go back after today
