Dunkin' - HAVERTOWN

1rst visit I had asked for cream/sugar on the side I didn't get either asked again and was given sugar no cream asked again for cream.. 2 visit was EXACTLY the same as 1rst they were not busy either time I was there.. I know it sounds petty just giving my honest review. Poor customer serice ?

This location has recently been renovated, and it looks fantastic. The staff appears to be much happier working there. Both the coffee and food were excellent.

The restaurant has recently been renovated and the staff is generally very efficient, though one cashier seemed unfamiliar with the day's promotion. Inside, it's easier to maintain distance, but the entrance remains a bit awkward, as it serves as the sole way to enter and exit the establishment.

The service was quick, and with Appakes, there's no waiting time. However, I can only give it 4 stars for the quality of the food. The egg was frozen, and Dunkin has removed their egg white veggie product from both packs and sandwiches. So, I’m rating this location 4 stars.

I ordered 5 munchkins, which is the minimum, for my two young kids, and to my surprise, they gave me 6 so I could evenly share them between the two. It's the little details that make this place special, along with their outstanding customer service. The new bakery layout is fantastic—much better than the previous setup behind the cashier. I absolutely love it here!
