My chicken fried chicken was smaller than a chicken strip and the manager didn't care. $12 chicken strip Never going back

Cashier misheard our order. When we asked for it to be corrected, she blamed us for ordering our spicy tenders with no sauce. No apology for the miscommunication, just attitude. Seems to be consistent with other reviews. Plenty of other restaurant options in Helotes.

My name is jack and I'm 11 years old.I don't understand why this place has only 3.0 stars.Im autistic which means I'm incredibly picky with food.I love your hot wing and my dad loves burgers from here and my mom loves the burgers too. The service is very good and our order is never messed up.I give this place a 10/10. The Ambiance is also good.

I have to put this above fast food classification, but compared to other fast casual places it offers a limited menu with lots of customization options. I can imagine that a young family would be served well here on a family night out. I like the fries, burgers are better than most, and come to order .

Excellent home style burger lightly toasted sesame seed bun, fresh thick patty perfectly seasoned and cooked just right, melted cheese with crisp lettuce, wholesome tomatoes and onion bits with correct amount of Mayo to complete the burger. Little disappointed in amount of mushrooms in basket only 7 for $5.99 but they were delicious and white gravy was seasoned and if correct thickness to complement the mushrooms
