Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This will be our final visit to this restaurant. The lack of management is evident, as inexperienced teenage staff are left unsupervised and the manager is often missing. The service is slow, with drinks and food taking a long time to be served. Coupons are ineffective as the staff does not know how to redeem them. Additionally, the quality of the food has significantly declined, being cold and poorly prepared. Overall, our experience was disappointing and we will not be returning.

I have always had a positive experience at Smoothie Cafe, with some locations being better than others depending on the staff. However, my recent experience was not good, but it had nothing to do with their products - it was all about the staff.

The service was good despite the wait, but serving old, bruised fruit is not acceptable. The banana I was served was brown, bruised, and had some sort of brown liquid coming out of it. Even the inside of the banana was brown. It was quite off-putting and killed my appetite.

Flavorless müll. $15 for something that tasted like a little more earthy in it. they go figure because they cannot even mix the ingredients with each other.

Frequent consumer; dine in Great! Delivery service isn't that great but restaurant made good. Food Smoothies are fantastic
