Peacock Bakery - Highland

We stopped by this restaurant on a whim for lunch on the 4th of July, and it was simply fantastic! Even a basic dish like chicken salad was elevated by their incredible homemade bread. The side salad was also a delightful surprise, featuring artichoke hearts and a delicious vinaigrette. I highly recommend this place!

Wow, I absolutely love this place! They serve an incredible breakfast with locally sourced bacon and eggs—I've never tasted anything better! I will definitely be including The Peacock Bakery in all my future travel plans in the Midwest. A special thanks to Carrie for making it such a wonderful experience!

Delicious baked treats! The quiche and traditional breakfast dishes were both flavorful. I enjoyed the gluten-free brownies, while my husband had the scones. Definitely a must-try!
