From ordering being very difficult due to employees not listening to wrong items being charged for and not included (the item being a float we did not ask for but we're charged for but got a normal regular sized root beer instead even though we ordered a large). Clearly this location. This location has SERIOUS communication issues as every face I could see inside looked baffled when i piinted out the drink issue and asked for a reciept so I didn't bother making them fix their error. Avoid this dumpster fire at all costs.
Ordered crispy I got original. I order two, three piece meals one dark meat all legs I received two thighs one leg. The other I ordered white meat and received dark meat. They have terrible listening skills! The macaroni and cheese is disgusting, definitely skip it!
The girl that took my order was uneducated. I ordered a large root beer float, a two piece meal, and then she asked me what I wanted to drink. In a matter of 3 minutes tops she'd forgotten my float. The chicken was still half raw, there was blood in the middle.
We drive from St.Helens to come to this location. We were just there and a wonderful young man named Kenny helped us. I just wanted to give him a huge shout out. His customer service skills are amazing. If I was still in the restaurant business I would try to hire him for my restaurant. This young man was very patient with my husband's order and did everything with a smile. It's been years since we've had such good service. Kudos Kenny never change!
This location has gone downhill in a most serious manner and either needs MAJOR reform or should be SHUT DOWN. We will not return to KFC/A&W.My last review included a photo and description of a hamburger which included a product label dropped in the inside middle of my burger. When I returned to the store and spoke to the manager, it was handled quickly. Last night was worse.Our order of 2 meals included 2 LARGE orders of french fries. We got no fries. When the lack of fries was brought up, we were told it was our problem. Two staff members decided to argue with us despite our receipt indicating 2 fries. No apology, no "I 'm sorry. I 'll get these right to you. "A 3rd employee jumped in and offered us only 1 order of fries. We finally got an order of 2 SMALL fries. We held up the drive-thru trying to get this order correct but finally left in disgust. This store needs major training in customer service and fulfilling orders. KFC/A&W has lost our business.
