Bidra med feedbackAwesome ingredients, non-processed foods, unrefined grains. They always have a good amount of vegetables (plant food) in the burritos and they do not use tuning cans and microwaves, it is good old-fashioned cooking. Good environment, professional service. Burrito was like 9.95, but after a tip it is over $10.
Shockingly terrible customer service. I came with a birthday coupon sent via email. The cashier was SO RUDE and just kept telling me it wouldn't work right from the get go. I tried showing him the email in that it was straight from Baja Fresh, it had my name on it and a valid expiration date. He didn't even look at it or want to try the barcode/offer code associated with it. The guy was so mean during the whole interaction, I ended up leaving with nothing. The restaurant was completely empty, easy to see why given the attitude of the employees.
Simply awesome. Great food at a descent value. I wish there were more.
Always a good place to get fresh and pretty healthy food. I hadn't been for a while and wanted a salad. There were two choices which seemed like less than in the past. The one I ordered was good. HUGE and all the ingredients were fresh. My only complaint would be the chicken was in very long strips with no way to cut it except my plastic fork. Also, I know the salsa bar is closed because of covid but it would have been nice to be able to get a cup of salsa to go with the chips they gave me. Definitely nice to sit in restaurant again!
The person taking my order had no clue what the options were for burrito Mexicano. She was as knowledgeable as someone who has never been at Baja fresh and just walked in. Maybe the Kahala brands has no budget for staff training? The burrito tasted ok, but the six chillies salsa looked watered down and had a strong sour taste.
