The Old Spaghetti Factory - Hillsboro

The food was decent, and I appreciated that they packed up the leftover bread for me to take home. However, my main issue was with the service. Despite being the only customer waiting to be seated, I waited for 8 minutes with no acknowledgment from the hostess or bartender, who simply glanced at me without helping. Eventually, a busser seated me but it took another 10 minutes for the server to even show up, even though there were only 2 other tables occupied in the restaurant. In her defense, the server seemed busy. I had hoped to at least get a drink while waiting for a table and food, but was disappointed by the lack of attention given the small number of customers.

Levi and Kathia, the waitstaff, provided exceptional service while working together as a team. The spaghetti was also very delicious.
