Yuki Sushi Saki - Hillsboro

I had lunch here with office colleagues. They have indoor as well as outdoor seating arrangements. Then I ordered one of the bento box which contained saba shiyoaki, cali roll and pork gyoza. It came with regular wassabi and ginger slices. I liked saba shiyoaki. It is grilled mackerel. There sushi was good too. Overall it was a good experience.

One of the best in town. I don't know what everyone else is complaining about. I've been to Yuki loads of times and the staff is very sweet. I think they have some of the best sushi around, although it can be hard to compete with Syun. I prefer Yuki myself. Some of their rolls with cilantro are just to die for! It can be hard to find sushi rolls with not so standard ingredients.

I was reluctant to try this place because of some of the reviews but the prices seemed reasonable and the pictures looks appetizing. Staff were not rude as done have said, rather attentive but in a different way. They were incredibly slow despite being only at about 75% capacity but did acknowledge us waiting for our order to be taken. Beverages were refilled promptly as well. The food was pretty good but still fairly average. Rolls were constructed well and held together.

Great food! Great service! Do Not leave without trying the salmon collar! Best part of the fish.

I like this place. I ate here twice first meal was the chicken lunch teriyaki; it was Ok, too much sugar but Ok.Last night was the second time I visited Yuki and I ordered basic sushi Nigri which I prefer over many of the rolls that are so popular. Had Hamachi; Maguro; Saba and Salomon it was great!Saba is my favorite and I often judge a Sushi restaurant on how Saba is presented it was excellent, I wish I had come here more often during this visit to Hillsboro the waitresses are friendly and attentive, the cooks are friendly and efficient I will defiantly be back even though I will be here only a couple of more days.
