Good wasn’t good, not sure how anyone could rate the breakfast sandwiches as good, the eggs were gross, no flavor and the ham and cheese sandwich was a joke, pricey and not good at all, I’m not going

6.30 am orderGot a very very very old croissant and an older bread on the Pork sandwich. Serving old staff this early in the morning sucks and it's not the first time. Now I'm talking about the I can't finish eating this s....kind of old!The smoothies containers are getting smaller ? by the day, I assume next I order the smoothie will come in a colada container. But I won't be ordering anymore so I won't see it happening.

Came here for the first time and probably my last. The pastries are good but the employee who we ordered from had a terrible attitude and seemed pist that we didn't reply back to her in spanish. Her attitude alone and poor customer service would not make me support this business. Also they charge a 3.5% processing fee... ok? And don't even let you know beforehand.

I recently had the pleasure of discovering Cao Bakery, and let me just say, their cheesecakes are an absolute delight for the senses. From the moment I took my first bite, I was transported to a world of creamy indulgence and pure bliss.Cao Bakery has truly mastered the art of creating exquisite cheesecakes. Veey dissappointing. The sweets were delicious. God forbid I call them pastries... As soon as I walked in I opted to speak in English which is my first language, and knew that was a mistake. The lady behind the counter with long lighr brown blondish hair became very impatient, rude and corrected me saying that what I wanted wasn't pastries, the pastries are the croquetas, empanadas etc. Mind you I was pointing at the cakes which are pastries in English. She then began to speak in Spanish as if i had no knowledge of what she was saying. Big mistake. She then stared with her RBF face as if she was looking inside my soul. Her face was toxic. Her tone was toxic. Her customer service was toxic. Her whole vibe was toxic. She really killed the moment with her attitude. I don't think I will be returning to this CAO bakery and it's unfortunate because the place was beautiful, but if i dont feel welcome and the vibe is off. Its a rap.
