I ordered what was supposedly a Cuban sandwich, but it was very disappointing. The meat was low quality, and it wasn't properly roasted; the cheese also tasted old. The roasted pork pieces were not what we expected—there were only about five small pieces, and the container was filled with unrequested white rice. We later found out they had run out of fried plantains and substituted it with the rice. It would have been nice if they had informed us about this change at the time of pickup. My fried red snapper lacked seasoning and wasn't visually appealing either. The only thing I enjoyed were the chips, but they were clearly from a bag.

I ordered the steak with rice and beans for $29. Unfortunately, the steak was very fatty and tough, making it difficult to chew, so I ended up giving it to my dog. To my surprise, my dog wouldn’t eat it either! Given the price, I expected better quality, so I was quite disappointed. My daughter had the tilapia and shrimp, which she enjoyed, although it was a bit salty. The rice and beans were delicious, and the customer service was excellent!

This is one of my favorite places to enjoy Cuban cuisine. I often order the Chicharron de pollo or ropa vieja. I can honestly say that I haven't had a bad experience here in the last 15 years.

I had an alleged Cuban sandwich and it was terrible. Not roasted as it meat was low quality and cheese seemed old. The roasted pork carvings were not what we had expected, as there were about 5 pieces and the container was filled with white rice that was not ordered. Later they found out they ran out of fried plantains, so the added rice. It would have been nice to call the parties involved, or to make us aware at the time of collection. Her fried red snapper needed to season, but was an ugly fish. The only thing I like was the chips, but I can say they came out of a bag.
