I usually don't go to Fast Food Drive at 11:00, but if I do, it's usually a single item. In this case a big frit and a small frit. Of course, the Pommes were wounded and lukewarm, as if they were waiting to be thrown for an unforeseen time. I'm not trying to ask for freshly falling pommes because I know it takes time, and I thought they wouldn't give me old pommes because it's all I ordered, but I was sadly wrong. From now on I will ask my frits without salt to make fresh frits. I didn't have to do her job for her!
Absolutely terrible! I went in and ordered the pub chicken sandwich along with a lemonade. Since the bags are now sealed, I didn’t bother checking my order. After driving for just 2 minutes, I opened the bag and found the fries were old and cold! The sandwich was just as bad—stale and cold—and the lemonade was watered down. I ended up throwing my food away and considered it a donation.
I felt the need to write a review after so many times not doing so in similar situations. Normally, I don’t visit fast food drive-thrus at 11:00 PM, but when I do, it’s usually just for a single item. This time, I ordered a large fries and a small fries. Unfortunately, the fries were cold and limp, as if they had been sitting around for an indefinite period. I don’t expect them to prepare fresh fries immediately since I know it takes time, but I was surprised they would serve me old fries when that was all I ordered. Moving forward, I’ll specifically ask for my fries without salt just to make sure they prepare them fresh. I shouldn’t have to manage their service for them!
The drive-thru service was excellent, and the staff was very well-trained.
Horrible service in drive through. I went there an hour ago the cashier was wearing gloves. I noticed she handled the last customer's cash with the gloves then goes directly to handle my soda lids. I'm with my family. I politely asked her to be mindful of what she's doing she went off on how she can change her gloves that it doesn't help. I asked for my money back she quickly agreed and made sure it went to the floor.
