Papa Johns Pizza - Hopkinsville

Order pizza online with a waiting period of 45 to 55 minutes, no problem. on the way to the restaurant they receive email their pizza is ready. go to the restaurant and said they wait for two crates (I don't know what they mean) and to move in 10 minutes. pulled around ten and said they have one more, apologising are a new staff and that would bring it out. 15 minutes later the woman comes to a refund and they decide that our pizzas made.

I loved papa johns pizza and this location alone has changed my mind. Terribly put-together and very bland tasting pizza. Online order took over 1 hour and 30 minutes on a Tuesday night. Save yourself the frustration, time and money and go to Walmart and get yourself a Digiorno pizza. It will take less time, cost less and definitely taste better. This place is absolutely trash. You’re welcome.

Paid for delivery. Didn’t get my drink. Some door dasher delivered my food instead of a regular driver, and when I asked about my drink, she told me it wasn’t her issue because she’s with doordash…even though I paid a $10 tip through the delivery. Tried calling the store two days in a row for a refund and it rang every time, except on the second day, when someone disconnected the phone after the second call, even though the store is open. Nice to know you can buy food and not receive it, but also have your money just taken from you

I got terrible service the app lied to me said only be 35 minutes and I get there and this thing they had working the window that looked like beattle juice told me it was going to be a additional 35 minutes and would bring me it out and I sat here for almost another hour and have still yet to receive my pizza or any kinda reason I still have not gotten it this is a very sorry excuse for a pizza place and I won’t ever be back here again I at this point just want my money back and go somewhere else there’s tons of us waiting for no reason

Couldn't get the order right said light to no sauce and it was covered in sauce will not go in order another Pizza to pay $30 for two pizzas and it not be right and not be able to eat it it's a real problem to me
