Dont go here. The wait was long and no one got on the mic. We were there for 40 min. They put mayonnaise on spicy chicken sandwich. It was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had at a Popeyes place. Employees didn’t make eye contact and were avoidant towards the customers.

20 minutes. Was told to wait out front because they had no fries ready. I waited 20 mins. Eventually, I went inside and got a refund after I saw the line moving. I was forgotten. ?

Just ridiculous how many different people Calvin has slept with in a month.

Update: I had a conversation with the new GM who is trying to turn the store around. I'm excited to see the progress and am updating my review to a conservative 3 in consideration of her efforts.I really need to stop giving this location another shot. Tonight, I pulled up at the inside lane and no one ever asked to take my order. While sitting there, two different cars pulled into the outside lane and their orders were taken, but their order showed up on the screen on the inside lane, in front of me. I moved to the outside lane and was finally able to place my order, then sat in the drive-thru for 25 minutes, waiting for it. I drove 15 minutes back home and opened my 12 piece chicken box to find 4 pieces of chicken. I don't think I have ever received an order from this location that is complete and correctly cooked. We either have pieces missing, we have the wrong sides, or in one case, our Cajun rice was somehow mushy and crunchy at the same time.Do better, Popeyes Hopkinsville.

So let me start of by saying u need to go back to the other spicy mayo TUFF stands for TUFF to swallow it is absolutely disgusting it taste like used transmission fluid and isn't even spicy I threw away the extra 3 I bought and the two sandwiches wasnt edible second employees need to learn how to speak to customers or get out of the industry
