Sugar Factory Indianapolis

Not impressed. We had reservations but waited 40 min to be sat. Service was slow. Very noisy. They were playing all hip hop club music very loud. Extremely expensive. Spent $140 on 2 drinks, 2 appetizers (sliders and onion rings) and a milkshake. It's basically one big room with overpriced bar food. Nothing special to justify the prices.

Birthday. WAY WAY overpriced for what you get. I mean ridiculously expensive

Reservation was sat on time, however, we did not see a menu or our server for almost ten minutes. Restaurant just got a new menu, but a lot of it was not available yet…they were also out of several beers. Service was subpar; waiter never asked about drink refills and was not attentive. He never came back after dropping off dinner to check on us. One entree was wrong and there was no apology. New entree came out when the other eight people were done eating. Again, no apology or offer to accommodate for the mistake, just asked for our dessert order. Waiter was not attentive or customer friendly, but had the nerve to tell us he’d prefer a cash tip on top of the 20% added to the check so he didn’t have share in the tip pool! Food was extremely expensive for the quality, sundaes are just three scoops of ice cream with fake whipped cream and drinks were watered down. For the price point, this place is competing with high end restaurants, but the quality and service do not stand up to the expectation. We will not be returning to a Sugar Factory anytime soon.

Out of most food items. Quality of food was substandard. Underwhelmed by the atmosphere, food quality of gods and cost.

Barely any food. Incorrect order. Cold. Bad, bad, bad
