Wilson's Ciderhouse Venue - Iowa City

This is my third visit, and I’ve enjoyed everything I've tried. The restaurant makes an effort to use local ingredients whenever possible. They offer a variety of unique vegetarian dishes, along with other intriguing options. It's both a bit disappointing and a refreshing aspect that the menu changes regularly, so there’s always something new to try.

This is definitely one of my top three restaurants in Iowa. I had an incredible experience, and it’s a fantastic spot for a date. The food was outstanding, and the atmosphere in the orchard was lovely. Fortunately, we visited when it wasn't too crowded, but we still received excellent service. I can't recommend this place enough. As for my rating system: 1 means I would never return, 2 means I wouldn't recommend it and would try to avoid going back, 3 means I would return if it was convenient or if someone else wanted to go, 4 means I highly recommend it and would be happy to go back, and 5 means I will always recommend it and will visit regularly.

It’s a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. The atmosphere is superb both inside and outside the restaurant. Everything we ordered was indulgent and tasty. Our waitress Emma was patient, friendly, and very helpful. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

It has been my favorite place for a long time, and the food is still amazing, but the menu has clearly contrasted. About half of the options for appetizers, sandwiches and entrees. Some favorites have gone, and the breadth of the previous elections made this place work for a group with different food desires that is now more difficult.

Just a flat out outstanding place. Great rustic farm vibe with high end service and menu. A must go to.
