Arby's - Jackson

We chose this Arby's in Jackson hoping it would be better than the other two locations in town. I wish I had taken a photo of my beef and cheddar sandwich because it was completely inedible. Not a single person there—whether upper management, lower management, sandwich maker, janitor, or even a rat—would have eaten that or served it to their family. Please remove photos from your menu because the reality is that these sandwiches are just thrown together and impossible to eat. I understand that it's tough to find quality employees, especially after Covid, but this goes beyond that; it's a problem of poor management and inadequate training. After taking two bites, I ended up heating up a can of Campbell's tomato soup. Now that’s really bad. I’m recovering from an illness, or else I would have cooked something myself. I hadn’t had Arby’s in nearly a year, and now I remember why.

We visited the drive-thru at the Parkstone location and spent $23 on two Reubens and two orders of fries. The fries were decent, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. Unfortunately, the Reubens were terrible. There was barely any sauerkraut, just enough meat for half a sandwich, and very little dressing. The bread was also soggy. This was by far the worst meal I've ever had at Arby's.

I’m not really a fan of fast food, so I won’t rate it very highly.

The service was actually good THIS TIME. Normally you have to wait for people to come from outside smoking etc to help you.The food was absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! The roast beef was old, dry and changing the color roast beef does when it's bad. The fris were old and nasty. It was storming so I didn't stop to notice it until I got home. I called the next day because I wasn't going back out. They were supposed to send me coupons in the mail and guess what THEY NEVER DID!!!!! I'm surprised this place is still open. I hardly ever go because either the service is terrible or the food is or both!

I was their only drive through customer. I ordered classic arby roast beef combo. It took about 12-15 minutes to get my order. They must have had to slaughter the cow and grow the potatoes. And then when I got my order, there was no arbys sauce, the curly fries tasted like they had been sitting there for 15 minutes and the roast beef was barely warm. It was a miserable experience altogether and I refuse to return to this arbys again. Stay away from this arbys.
